At first, Aidan used some junior officers and soldiers from Ravenwood on detached duty.]

Grooms (x3) [Rodney, Frank, John of Paradise] [These three grooms tend to Aidan’s horses and the chief military officers and household officers’ horses.]

Groom’s assistants, or stable boys (x4) [Harry, Jackson, Oliver, and Tommy] (About 4-8 more would be hired locally, if possible, for day work whenever the household is stationary for a night or more.)
